Moore Rd Conservation Cluster, Wayland

Tamposi Brothers completed the permitting and began construction in fall 2018 on a Conservation Cluster development at Moore Road in Wayland. Tamposi Brothers renovated and restored the 1820s farmhouse in addition to building two new homes at 70 and 72 Moore Road. The thoughtfully planned, lower impact subdivision layout preserves the site’s stunning natural beauty and history while providing much-needed new housing.
